Euroliege’s long-term cooperation with world-leading manufacturers of precision steel pipes allows us to offer high quality tubes and pipes – with properties even exceeding standard requirements regarding for example yield and tensile strength. Higher tensile strength allows tubes to sustain higher permissible working pressures and reduced wall thickness, leading to reduced total weight. This, in turn, cuts energy expenditures
Euroliege recommends the use of cold-drawn tubes and pipes due to quality (precision in dimension and shape) and cleanliness (no scale). As a comparison, the process of hot rolling tubes will inevitably leave some scale on interior and exterior surfaces of the tubes, while cold forming avoids this issue entirely.
Original Euroliege piping can be recognized by the “EUROLIEGE” marking, the pipe size, and the heat lot number given for product tracking and identification. Euroliege can also guarantee quality and traceability by providing the EN10204 standard 3.1.B material inspection certificate. Requests for this certificate should come when placing the order.
